Understanding our booking and refund process

First Come, First Served Policy

At ADC Home Rwanda, we operate on a strict first-come, first-served basis for all our room bookings. This means that the first guest to complete their payment will secure their booking for their chosen dates.

Payment Priority

In cases where multiple guests are interested in the same room for the same dates:

  • The guest who completes their payment first will be given priority
  • Other guests who have not yet completed their payment will be notified of the unavailability
  • Pending bookings without payment will be automatically cancelled

Refund Process

In the event that your desired dates become unavailable due to another guest completing their payment first:

  • Any payments made will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days
  • You will be notified immediately via email
  • We will assist you in finding alternative dates or rooms if available
